I wanted to create some quick meal ideas to give you an idea of what we’re eating. It’s simple, delish and trust me sista…you’ll get results! Check out what Shannon posted on Day 7…
Basically with the 21 Day Fix you’ll receive a perfect portion container system. Some of the containers you’ll eat multiple times a day. Yes, they look small. Don’t be deceived. It’s a LOT of food as I’m about to illustrate.
Sample 21 Day Fix Meal Ideas
1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow: steam diced sweet potatoes and add to bottom of baking dish. Dice fav veggies. I used mushrooms, tomato, onion, bell pepper. Mix with garlic powder and cilantro. Top with 2 lightly beaten eggs. Bake for 30 min on 375. I put mine under broiler for a few min too at end. season with salt/pepper and maybe your fav hot sauce. :)
Chicken burger patty, mixed veggies, 1/2 blue of avocado. Simple, delish!
SNACK ATTACK: Grilled peppers wrapped in sliced ham with cottage cheese. 1 red and 1/2 green. Toss in an apple at the end for your 2nd purple of the day.
(This would be considered one of your yellows for the day. You could also opt for a glass of vino if you feel the need! As us mom’s often do wink wink.)
